It appears Lemmy's Land has made an error with one of your submissions for captions last week. It said it was by Fried the Hen..But I knew it was by you..Was this intentional or an accident? Well, my only "railroad" (the Granite St. Traction Co.) has only one standard gauge engine (an MDR-built Prairie), and that one is painted black with white trim, which is kind of my personal taste.

But if you're talking about Valdeen Rlys., standard paint for most engines is black with graphite (gray) smokeboxes, dull red wheels and pilots, and silver safety equipment (handrails, ladders, and etc.). Express equipment is additionally painted with gunmetal blue boilers, cabs, and tenders, with silver skirting, if it applies.
