I'm not exactly in a possition to finish this up at the moment, but I thought I'd post it anyway for Steamby. 
I wanted to draw a steam tractor as if it had been retrofitted to look like a railroad locomotive, for parades and whatnot... no doubt an idea that would ruffle a purist or two in real life. XD
(And no, the wagon is not drawn to scale. XD)

I've got some pictures of a steam tractor I rode at the Miami Valley Old Threshers up here in Ohio and with it's paint, whistle and oil lamp, it came pretty close! It was so slow that while on the footplate (it can't really be a cab), the weather had enough time to go from sunny to pour-down rain and back. It went to the sawmill to give the Baker a rest ( so much soot that it's blue boiler and running gear were black-grey color!). We then went back to running my Uncle's heisler (somewhat small, but just big enough to ride) on the table up and down the line. That day was especially fun because my friend I knew in WV before I moved to Texas was there and our steam tractor was one of 5-6 out of the 15+ steamers when it rained!
